PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: Since 2005 Yulia Bakir is with Bosch Rexroth: HR, Finance & Controlling, Project Management, Strategy – and now with Yulia being part of Bosch Rexroth for such a long time Kassow Robots can benefit from her wide wealth of functional experience and excellent network.

OUR JOINED JOURNEY SO FAR: Working on M&A projects within the Strategy Department at Bosch Rexroth, Yulia Bakir was in charge of acquiring the majority stake in Kassow Robots, with closing end of April 2022. In the post-merger phase she has been the contact person between Kassow Robots and Bosch Rexroth, managing requests from both sides and navigating Kassow Robots through group structures and integration topics.

YULIA BAKIRS RESPONSIBILITIES NOW: Finance & Controlling, HR and Administration with focus on developing well-structured processes to support the growth of the company. The goal: enable scaling up business at Kassow Robots also on a global level.

HOBBIES & PRIVATE LIFE: And what about Yulia Bakir apart from the business life? Yulia is a big fan of nature and enjoys weekend walks through forest with friends. However, her first priority in the private life is her 10-year-old son, she is very proud of!
