Bosch Rexroth has been the majority owner of Kassow Robots since the end of April 2022, and Kassow Robots’ founder and CEO Kristian Kassow has been a co-owner since then. “PTS Automation has been active in the field of industrial automation for over 50 years. 7-axis cobots for more flexibility in automation
PTS Automation, based in Pulheim near Cologne, Germany, is a market leader in the sale of automation technology components and systems. “We rely on first-class products from well-known manufacturers, on our many years of system experience and on top service,” says Thomas Dahmen. “That makes the five 7-axis cobot arms from Kassow Robots a perfect fit for us!” Thanks to their excellent manoeuvrability, they offer industrial end customers automation options that six-axis robots are denied.

Thomas Dahmen also points out the “huge opportunity” cobots provide in meeting the current challenges in recruiting new colleagues. Cobots could take over repetitive tasks from employees, freeing them up for more interesting higher-level tasks. Lightweight robots like those from Kassow Robots could even be a “real engine of growth”.
“Our network currently includes more than 45 partners worldwide,” says Dieter Pletscher, who is responsible for global sales at Kassow Robots. “And we want to keep growing here!
