Copenhagen / Kastrup, April 30, 2026 ● Kassow Robots, a company of Bosch Rexroth AG, will demonstrate at interpack how even demanding handling processes in the food industry can be efficiently automated. In collaboration with HELDELE Automation, a compact, camera-based cobot solution has been developed that reliably separates unstable stacks of empty yogurt cups and feeds them into further processing – even with varying formats and limited space.
Compact cobots from Kassow Robots, a company of Bosch Rexroth AG, take over even complex manual tasks in the smallest of spaces. HELDELE Automation, a Rexroth Certified Excellence Partner, has developed a complete solution for feeding unstable stacks of empty yogurt cups of different sizes. The 7-axis cobot is equipped with a 3D camera, which detects both the position of the cartons and calculates the exact gripping point of the cup stacks. A patented gripper covers all defined sizes. The cobot removes one stack at a time and places it precisely into the magazine of the filling system without errors. The control technology of the robot-based solution is based on components from Bosch Rexroth’s ctrlX AUTOMATION system. The cobot meets all requirements for use in food processing. Kassow Robots offers its 7-axis cobots for both stationary and mobile use in seven different sizes.

Visitors to interpack 2026 will be able to experience the automated handling of unstable cup stacks with Kassow Robots live on site. Kassow Robots’ presence at interpack 2026 will highlight the potential of collaborative robotics for flexible packaging automation.
In addition, Bosch Rexroth will present VarioFlow plus, a versatile and high-performance conveyor solution for a wide range of packaging variants. The applications on display illustrate how cobots and conveyor technology each contribute to flexible and efficient automation in the packaging industry.
