Automatic cobot screwdriver - SD-series
The SD-Series are pick & place screwdriver systems for easy, consistent screw assembly (0.15-7.0 Nm torque). It features safety sensors and an optional bit changer for versatility. Deep pocket holes are accessible without compromising safety. The SpinBridge screw process controller ensures quality with Industry 4.0 software, allowing data visualization and monitoring. Access data via web interface or share it across the factory using OPC-UA. The system supports magnetic screw types. A CBunX plugin provides program commands for driving the screw, automatic attach/detach bit & pick a screw in the included screw presenter.
Versatile use: The automatic bit changer together with the tool allows you to work on multiple projects involving different screw types and sizes.
Safe alongside employees: SD-Series features a safety shield and a safety sensor (PLd) allowing it to work safely around employees by protecting humans from rotating and sharp elements.

Fast programming: Touch-up programming with the supplied teach pointer. Simply put the Teach Pointer in the tool and pinpoint the exact position of the screw holes by dragging the robot.
