Area gripping system FXCB
The FXCB area gripping system is suitable for all areas of application in internal logistics. Specific areas of application include pick & place applications and end-of-line packaging. Depending on the individual application, sealing foam or suction cups can be selected as the sealing element. Pneumatic vacuum generation is integrated into the area gripper and is performed by the energy-saving Schmalz SEP ejector modules.
- **Low dead weight: **Increased effective robot payload thanks to lightweight, dynamic geometry and a 3D-printed housing.
- **Integrated pneumatic vacuum generation: **The vacuum generator is integrated into the housing in the form of energy-saving ejector modules.
- **Integration into Industry 4.0 environments: **The integrated, electronic vacuum and pressure switch measures and monitors the negative pressure in the system. The relevant process data can be read out via an IO-Link interface.
- **Choice between different sealing elements: **The FXCB offers the right sealing element for almost any workpiece - for different surfaces and geometries, porous or airtight workpieces and for workpieces in an undefined position.
