Manufacturing Engineer Intern

We are searching for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer Intern with a high interest in manufacturing processes, production systems, and lean methodologies. Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Kassow Robots located in Copenhagen. The role involves a variety of tasks associated with the production and delivery of robotic systems.

Common tasks include:

• Developing and designing new assembly processes together with manufacturing partners.
• Working closely with our R&D Engineers to ensure a smooth simultaneous engineering process.
• Supporting validation of new and current robot systems in our production.
• Maintaining existing processes and standards.
• Implementing lean production principles across the entire value stream.
• Troubleshooting, solving issues, and implementing improvements across the entire value chain.
• Maintaining and developing assembly systems for electronic and mechanical assemblies.

Qualifications

• A study or degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of CAD programs like SolidWorks is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
• Experience or interest in root cause analysis and corrective action is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with Danish is preferred.
