The company’s first products have been on the market for several years and now the R&D team needs a highly skilled Lead Electronics engineer to take the overall responsibility of the large portfolio of in-house designed electronics which are key components in the final products.
Kassow Robots strong technology has been recognized also outside Danish borders and Bosch Rexroth acquired a majority stake in the company three years ago, ensuring a solid financial backing and a strong intention to scale the business globally. BE A PART OF AN EXCITING JOURNEY
You will be responsible for design improvements and improving and introducing production, endurance and corner case tests of the high-performance electronics driving and controlling the servo motors and industrial I/O in the products.
The electronics are compact, and they drive high electric currents at low voltage. Advanced sensors give feedback to the control electronics based on a TI and ST DSP. The candidate should have an interest in quality generally, also of the components interacting with the electronics, like cables and mechanics.
You will be part of a small team of passionate and highly skilled R&D engineers, where all contribute every day to reach goals. You can feel this spirit in every corner of this tech-savvy environment.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
• You have an education as an electronics engineer
• You have a deep understanding of 1kW power electronics
• You understand heat dissipation of mosfets and electronics in general
• You like to incrementally perfecting a product, getting it from 95% to 100%
• You take responsibility and can manage also non-electronic projects
• You are fluent in English (oral and written)

• You must have a deep understanding of electronics and how to ensure it has a long service life and a low failure rate
• You are structured and know how to work independently as well as part of a team
