We're looking for a hands-on, strategic, and collaborative Marketing Manager to take the reins of our marketing efforts, and help us write the next chapter of our growth story.

From managing cross-functional projects to launching new campaigns, and from coordinating with sales and partners to help develop the worldwide marketing channels, this role offers a rare opportunity to own the full marketing scope, and shape the company image on an international scale.

This is more than a branding or communication role — it’s a central, high-impact position in robotic company. You’ll own our marketing roadmap, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and make sure our unique solutions are seen, understood, and remembered.

Who we are

Kassow Robots is a Danish company specialized in collaborative robots (cobots), known for combining strength, speed, and reach in a compact design. Founded by Kristian Kassow, with the vision to empower industrial automation with flexible and user-friendly solutions, our 7-axis cobots are designed to meet the demanding needs of manufacturers and integrators across industries. Since 2022, we’ve been majority-owned by Bosch Rexroth, a global leader in the manufacturing industry. This strategic partnership has significantly accelerated our global development, enabling us to expand our reach, strengthen our product offering, and build a solid network of partners and customers worldwide — while maintaining our agile, innovative spirit.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee and improve the marketing strategy across multiple channels (digital, events, partner co-marketing, PR…)
  • Coordinate digital campaigns, partner marketing, trade show presence, PR, and content strategy
  • Manage a small internal and external team (PR, designers, digital agencies)
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to align on goals and priorities
  • Organize and manage our presence at up to two trade shows per year, from planning to execution and follow-up.
  • Track performance, and report on impact to leadership
  • Travel occasionally (4–5 times per year) for trade shows, partner meetings, or team alignment

You’ll thrive in this role if you

  • You have experience in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment — ideally in automation, robotics, or manufacturing
  • Are both a strategist and a doer, able to think big and get things done
  • Love working in cross-functional environments and understand how to make marketing work with technical teams
  • Know how to turn ideas into concrete campaigns and results
  • Are data-driven but also trust your instinct when needed
  • Have experience with lead generation, content marketing, paid campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • You love your job and enjoy variety, juggling projects, no two days are exactly alike in this role
  • A plus would be to have a creative eye that can guide the visual side of campaigns and a Knowledge of Adobe tools - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere etc. is a plus).
  • You’re open to occasional travel (about 4–5 times per year)
