Kassow Robots today announced that it has attained the esteemed ISO 9001:2015 certification. “ISO 9001:2015 is not just another milestone,” says Kristian Kassow, CEO and  co-owner of Kassow Robots. “It is a certification that recognizes our organization’s commitment to excellence and to continuous improvement. Our Quality Manager, Daniel Lundholm Ferrall, did an outstanding job. We benefited from his in-depth knowledge when it comes to such demanding certificates. At the same time, he was curious to learn about processes of our mother company Bosch Rexroth and identify key aspects of them to help us reach the next level of quality.”

100% digital solution for fast and agile processes

Kassow Robots employees from all teams in Copenhagen, Prague, and Germany were involved in the certification process. Kassow Robots focused on two tasks –designing, documenting and implementing robust and well-structured ISO processes on the one hand and introducing a new quality management system on the other. “We opted for a 100% digital solution with the aim of managing the company processes quickly and agilely, and thus efficiently”, says Kristian Kassow.

Benefiting from tools at Bosch Rexroth

Within the process of building up and implementing the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the quality management system, Kassow Robots benefited heavily from existing tools at Bosch Rexroth. “It was not about copy-and-paste,” says Daniel Lindholm Ferrall. “We had a look at the solutions of Bosch Rexroth colleagues, got guidance, and picked the tools and ideas best suited to our operations at Kassow Robots.”
