Automatica 2018: Kassow Robots Makes Successful Trade-fair Premiere
“LIVE” DEMONSTRATION OF THE FIRST THREE COBOTS AS THE LAUNCHING PAD FOR COMPANY’S MARKET ENTRY
Munich/Kastrup · June 27, 2018 · “The opportunity to demonstrate the flexibility and user friendliness of Kassow Robots to a live audience of specialists at Automatica 2018 – this was key aspect of our effort to establish our company,” Kristian Kassow, the founder of Kassow Robots, said of the company’s first trade fair appearance.
The Danish start-up presented itself and its first three “KR-Cobots” to an industry audience for the first time: the KR 810 (with a reach of 850 mm / payload of 10 kg), the KR 1205 (with a reach of 1200 mm / payload of 5 kg) and the KR 1805 (with a reach of 1800 mm / payload of 5 kg).
Sales Manager Dieter Pletscher was also pleased about the trade fair presentation: “Our booth was buzzing with activity. We had some very good discussions with potential customers from Germany and international visitors. The booth visitors were really impressed by the tremendous flexibility of our cobots, a feature that is created by their seven axes, speeds of up to 225 degrees per second and ease of operations.”
