Responsibilities:
- Be the face of Kassow Robots and provide exceptional technical support to our customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Kassow Robots, using your strong problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions
- Conduct technical training for customers and internal teams, helping to build knowledge and expertise across the organization
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that our customers have access to clear and concise information
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and training, building strong relationships with our customers and helping to ensure their success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, playing a key role in driving continuous improvement across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience in technical support, field service, or a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
