Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a (Senior) Quality Engineer at Kassow Robots located in Copenhagen. The role will involve managing the quality of the company's products, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality, reliability, and safety. The person in this role will work closely with the production and development teams to identify areas of improvement and provide quality-driven solutions.


Qualifications
  • A degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and 14001 is required, and experience with risk management and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required and familiarity with Danish is preferred.
  • Background in robotics or automation is a plus.
